Katherine Louella "Katy" Moffatt (born November 19, 1950) is an American musician, lyricist, composer, vocalist. She is the sister of country singer-songwriter Hugh Moffatt. Moffatt became impassioned by music as a child growing up in Fort Worth, Texas.
