Record stores regularly receive questions about the music Ivo Niehe uses in the TV show - according to the Jan Mulder website. Much of this music is composed by Mulder and it is yet another sign that the Rotterdam-born pianist and composer is doing well. The TV version of his CD The Glorious Album, recorded in Het Markiezenhof castle in Bergen op Zoom, received an international prize. His solo albums
… Écossaise 1 & 2 and Écossaise Christmas were in the Top-10 of best-selling light classical CDs in the Netherlands for months. And, last but not least, Mulder's rising star caught the attention of super record company Universal, which earned him a contract. For his CD Grandezza, released under Universal, Mulder was provided with the London Orchestra and a large choir. The program includes twelve of his latest film compositions and a number of adaptations of classical pieces. (CP)more
