In the years between her albums In The Zone (2003) and Blackout (2007), Britney Spears had a hard time. Her superstar status was expertly razed to the ground by the media, with the birth of her children, her divorce, legal conflicts over the custody of her children and drug and alcohol problems (she too had little interest in 'rehab') as main themes. … on her 'comeback' album Blackout, which was forced to be released early because it was already available on the internet in its entirety. After all the bad news, Blackout can only be better than expected, and it does. Britney has listened carefully to what is popular and is following the trend of electronic pop / r & b. The main man who was called in for this is Timbaland's protégé Danja, which produced a large number of songs. Unfortunately, Spears usually sings as groaning and supportive as before, making Blackout just yet another proof of how much producers determine the sound of an album. (IV)more
