In songs like Rich Girls and One Week Of Danger, singer Donald Cumming sings nothing but the joys of living in the big city. These may not be rosy times in 2009, trend watchers have already signaled that cultural pessimism is gone. The Virgins couldn't be Hipper with this catchy record. (MR)more
