Maxwell, along with Lauryn Hill and D'Angelo, was one of the great neo-soul promises of the end of the last century. The other similarity is that very little was heard of them in this century. BlackSUMMERS 'Night, the second part of the trilogy, will have a clear gospel twist, while Blacksummers' NIGHT will consist entirely of ballads. (AD)more
