Snoop's hunger we took note of on his debut album has long ago been satisfied. Every now and then he manages to hit the right chord musically, but on Doggumentary the rapper doesn't have much to say. If you have a groovy presence like Snoop Dogg that shouldn't be a problem, but on a production level there isn't enough to keep the attention. (GL)more
