Despite the fact that he always sings in Drenthe, Daniel Lohues makes no secret of being a big fan of real americana. Ericana is his seventh studio album and a play on words from his hometown Erica combined with the musical genre that suits him so well. His lyrics stay closer to home, both in dialect and in the content of his songs.
