After the combination of the two solo albums Success and Ik Ben Twan, the next feat of The Opposites is just another old-fashioned joint product. We cannot expect anything completely different. Actually more of the same. The two rappers especially show how much they enjoy their success, even though it has caused a bit of decadence. … once again on Sleepless Nights. The productions are mainly inspired by house, dance and the top 40 of the eighties. Where one will be attracted to that, the hip-hop fan will prefer to stay far away. Lyrically, the two gentlemen generally show themselves to be fairly clever, but in terms of content they remain superficial. Unfortunately, The Opposites do not leave a deep impression. (GL)more
