Twenty-something Dylan LeBlanc is the son of country musician and songwriter James LeBlanc, who works at Muscle Shoals Studios in Alabama, among others. … Field. Cautionary Tale sounds ripe and elaborate, with a combination of lightness and melancholy. He has a clear, high voice and writes dreamy and personal songs. These are performed semi-acoustically, with an important role for strings. There is a hint of West Coast music ( , ) from the 1970s on Cautionary Tale.
