A Day At The Beach (2020) fell through due to corona measures. But also to keep busy, the reduced Airbag booked a studio in their hometown Oslo where they checked in with only two acoustic guitars. Airbag's neo-prog, also on the aforementioned latest
… album, is somewhere between Pink Floyd and early Radiohead, with a sense of melody and atmosphere dominating above all. Accompanied by the acoustic guitars of Bjørn Riis and (drummer) Henrik Bergan Fossum, singer Asle Tostrup gets all the space he needs to shine with his melancholic and supple, gut-wrenching vocals.
