In the eighties Canadian singer / songwriter immensely popular with radio-friendly rock songs like Run To You and the duet with It's Only Love. A seemingly ordinary boy in a denim jacket who sang about unbridled love and passion in a raw voice. … hits from yesteryear and in 2010 he listed his greatest successes on the acoustic live album Bare Bones. Adams visited the chic Sidney Opera House a year later with his acoustic guitar and a pianist. Performed stripped down and stripped of bombast, you can hear how strong songs like Run To You and Heaven really are. In addition, Adams is still a vital and young-looking (with his hair shaved up) performer. The hall does not seem to be sold out, but the audience present is clearly fond of the Canadian.
