Lee Hazlewood was primarily a songwriter and producer. In later life he was a broader audience as a singer with a penetrating low voice. Hazlewood (Oklahoma 1929) worked for Duane Eddy and Gram Parsons Nancy Sinatra. With the latter, he also took a number of famous duets such as Sundown and Some Velvet Morning.
