Since 1995, Vince Mendoza has been conductor of the
Metropole Orchestra. This gives the orchestra a heavyweight, because the American has already won a Grammy Award five times. Mendoza (Connecticut 1961) studied guitar, piano and trumpet and graduated from Ohio University. He then moves to Los Angeles, where he works with
