Kelly Michelle Lee Osbourne (born 27 October 1984) is an English TV personality, singer, actress, and fashion designer. The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, she came to prominence while appearing on the reality show The Osbournes (2002–2005) with her family, for which they won a 2002 Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Program.
