Ackquille Jean Pollard (born August 4, 1994), known professionally as Bobby Shmurda, is an American rapper, songwriter, and felon. He signed a deal with Epic Records after his song "Hot Nigga" peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2014. His debut EP, Shmurda She Wrote, was released on November 10, 2014.
On December 18, 2014, New York City Police arrested Shmurda, and he was charged with conspiracy to murder, weapons possession, and reckless endangerment.plus
