The Bouncing Souls is een band uit New Brunswick, New Jersey, gevormd in 1987. The Bouncing Souls is opgericht door leden van verschillende kleine schoolbandjes die samen punk gingen spelen. Hun eerste album, The Good, the Bad, and the Argyle, werd uitgegeven op hun eigen label: Chunksaah Records. Hun tweede album kwam uit in 1996 en heette Maniacal Laughter.
