In the nineties bore Rage Against The Machine stir with a mix of hip-hop, metal and hardcore. The group must have especially the socially critical lyrics of singer Zach de la Rocha and inventive licks of gitartist Tom Morello. De la Rocha left the band around the release of their fourth album Renegades (2000), an album of covers. The rest went with Chris Cornell (ex-Soundgarden) continue as Audioslave.
Since 2007, Rage Against The Machine occasionally active as a live band.more
