The Rotterdam band El Pino & The Volunteers created in 2001 under the leadership of David Pino. Pino, who was still a student, forms the band for a graduation. After the band broke five years later the number Cougar is the first official album, Molten City included. The quintet plays music typical Americana fully air banjo, mandolin and lap steel.
