Sarah McCoy (born 1980) is a New York Times, USA Today, and international bestselling American novelist.
The daughter of a career Army officer from Oklahoma and a Puerto Rican schoolteacher, McCoy was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, but grew up on or near military installations, including Stuttgart, Germany; Aberdeen, Maryland; Ft.
