On the occasion of the 70th birthday of saxophonist James Moody, a number of concerts took place in March 1995 at the Blue Note in New York. This legend, who also played with Dizzy Gillespie in the early days, is still worth listening to, but this live CD, entitled "Moody's party", is not surprising, although the musicians (pianist Mulgrew Miller, drummer Terri Lyne Carrington and trumpet player
