Redman and pianist Aaron Goldberg are in top form in elaborate solos, while bassist Reuben Rogers and drummer Gregory Hutchinson never forget to swing the complex rhythms. Come What May is a safe and somewhat tried-and-tested jazz album for Redman, but that doesn't make it any less well and convincingly played. (MR)more
