Agnostic Front is one of the oldest 'east-bay' hardcore bands and they enjoy untold awe in hardcore circles. The latest one is called Dead Yuppies and offers exactly what is expected: catchy (but not slick) hardcore punk and lyrics that are full of anger, aggression and unity.
