Born in 1977, Ronan Keating became world famous as a member of the Irish boy band Boyzone. Keating realized in time that a boy band's fame is usually short-lived, and from 1999 he focused on his solo career. He scored his first hit with a cover of the (country) song When You Say Nothing At All. The song was intended for the soundtrack of the cinema film Notting Hill, but due to its great success it
… also got a place on the album Ronan. The successor Destination is made according to the same recipe. This time the covered country classic is called If Tomorrow Never Comes by Garth Brooks. And now Keating has a big hit with it (in Europe). Another cover is We've Got Tonight by Bob Seger, which we mainly know in the Netherlands from Kenny Rogers & Sheena Easton. The other songs are almost all by producers Rick Nowels and Gregg Alexander (New Radicals). As a criticism you could argue that Destination is a risk-free album, but the quality of songs like Lovin 'Each Day and I Love It When We Do is high enough to ensure Ronan Keating of a new successful album.
