True headbangers forgive Judas Priest for all the mediocre albums the band ever recorded and prefer to embrace the proven metal classics Screaming For Vengeance (1978) and British Steel (1980). … with this British Steel reissue. Priest has always been a great group live and although singer Rob Halford seems to have become a bit stiff now, his outbursts are still just as icy as then. Rapid Fire, Breaking The Law and Metal Gods are still songs that every young metal band would wish for in their oeuvre. Only downside: the masterful video clip of Breaking The Law is unfortunately not on it. (PdK)more
