About two and a half million copies were sold of From Under The Cork Tree, the third album from 2005 by the American group Fall Out Boy. The album therefore contains an exquisite mix of cheerful punk pop supplemented with a hint of emo. Innocent as the slightly hysterical alto teenage girls who make up the bulk of their audience on this live DVD. Fall Out Boy is definitely not a strong live band,
… but bassist Pete Wentz looks a bit like Johnny Depp and drummer Andy Hurley has an impressively tattooed torso. The hollow sound of the DVD also leaves a lot to be desired, but every true fan only needs to be able to sing along with the songs with often strikingly witty titles. In addition, the DVD contains the complete collection of video clips that often portray silly short stories starring the beautiful boy Wentz. An informal behind-the-scenes documentary completes this must-have for the enthusiast. (MR)more
