"Otje" is a 13-part AVRO television series based on the book of the same name by Annie MG Schmidt that will be broadcast weekly on Sunday evenings. The main roles in this series are played by 11-year-old Anne Rats who plays the role of Otje and well-known actors and actresses including Joost Prinsen (Mr. Pijpetoon), Olga Zuiderhoek (aunt Lena), Nico de Vries (Tos) and Carol van Herwijnen.
