John Edward Cummings, Jr. (born July 9, 1959) is an American singer-songwriter, screenwriter, and producer. Born in Richmond, Virginia, Eddie moved to New Jersey in the 1970s and became a popular club circuit musician there, occasionally performing with Bruce Springsteen.
