Jan Hrubý (born 3 December 1948) is a Czech rock violinist known primarily for playing with the bands Etc..., Framus Five, and Kukulín.
Hrubý was born in Prague in 1948. Between 1964 and 1968, he studied violin at the Prague Conservatory, then went on to play bass and later violin in the group Reciprocity.
