Borrowing through libraries

If you are a member of a library in the Netherlands, you can borrow materials from the collection of Muziekweb. Ask your library about the rates and conditions that are charged for borrowing, these rates are not set by Muziekweb.

Log in to your account. If you do not have a Muziekweb account yet, you can create one and link your library card to it (see also: how do I create a new account).

Find the title you want to borrow, click on 'borrow this album' and follow the instructions. If a copy of that title is present in the collection, it will be sent to your library. If all copies have been borrowed, your request will be put on hold. As soon as a copy is returned and your request is next in line, you will receive an e-mail asking if you want to borrow that copy. If you confirm the request, it will be sent to your library. You will then receive a message when the copy has arrived there.

There is a limit for borrowing titles. All items in transport and reserved titles count as borrowed.
Members of the Rotterdam Library can borrow materials from the Muziekwebplein. More information such as the rates and conditions can be found on the website of the Rotterdam Library .
