While the general public has apparently not yet figured out that Adam Green was half responsible for 'that nice song' from the movie Juno (2007), the New Yorker continues to make music imperturbably. Minor Love is already the sixth solo album by The Moldy Peaches singer, who for a long time could not outgrow puberty. This mainly referred to his absurd lyrics, because with the exception of his debut
… his albums excel in light pop with sweet strings. On Minor Love the lyrics are omitted, but unfortunately the strings are no longer present. This is because Green himself wanted to play most instruments and he simply cannot handle a violin or cello. The good songs have remained happy and it is not even that far around Adam Green, with his accurate descriptions of city life, the Lou Reed of the 21st century. What does stand out is that there is no outlier to be found in the collection of short nothing, which moreover have almost the same arrangements. Adam Green can therefore still make a lot of profit.
