To record new material, Hintjes retired to a house in Nimes, France, which he had converted into a recording studio. During the month and a half he spent there, he recorded enough songs for two albums. The first result of these recording sessions, the heavy rocking not very accessible Water, is an album that he made with the almost inseparable Ad Cominotto and former TC Matic colleague Rudy Cloet.
In a few months the album Arno A La Française will also be released, which shows a more chanson-like Hintjes.more
