Since 1998 Cristina Branco (1972) has been a welcome guest at the Dutch stages. After Slauerhoff Canto (2000) in which she poems by the Dutch poet J.J. Slauerhoff music put revealed the mutual love too. With each album Fado singer was heard by a larger audience. In 2006 she worked with Bløf. The album Abril (2007) looked at the singer outside the fado and sang them material from singer / songwriter
