And with success, because the CD became a hit both in the United States and abroad - in the Netherlands she received a TMF award for 'best new artist internationally' - and Hilary was now no longer just an actress, but also an official singer. Hilary Duff's second self-titled CD also fits in perfectly, because once again the rock-oriented songs predominate. That Duff's voice doesn't always go well with this, sometimes she still sounds very childish with the guitars and therefore has to sing a bit lower, does not detract from the songs that almost all have something nice.
