Crusade In Spijkerbroek, the famous 1973 children's book by Thea Beckman about the twentieth-century Dolf who accidentally ends up in a children's crusade in the thirteenth century via a time machine, was made into a film in 2006. For the film, the Belgian Ozark Henry (Piet Goddaer) wrote a large number of songs that have been collected on this CD. The film also features orchestral music by Jurre
