Sound & Fury (2019), Sturgill Simpson created more than ever his own, almost psychedelic universe in which country music played only a minor role. It's amazing how, on Cuttin' Grass, he returns to unadulterated country and bluegrass. An unadorned sound in which mandolin, banjo and fiddle predominate.
