That predilection can be heard in the orchestral arrangements that adorn this album. This in combination with the metal guitars and an undeniable talent for writing catchy choruses (it cannot be otherwise or Holopainen is also a fan of ABBA) ensure that Nightwish is the undisputed market leader within bombastic metal.
