The success did not come quickly for Racoon. After two moderately successful albums and radio hit Feel Like Flying seemed the canvas in 2001 even finally falling to the Zeeland band when they were dropped by record label Sony. In the enforced break that followed after this setback Dotted band along with producer and band coach Michel Schoots quiet the course of their further career. The third album
… Another Day, which followed four years later, let out audible in tone luisterpop. Racoon hooked so flawlessly with the trend of peaceful international luisterpop which was initiated by the success of Jack Johnson. The single Love You More was a huge hit in the Netherlands and the name of Racoon was definitively established.more
